Seller had fair pricing and accurate description of item, however, either the seller or the freight company they used packaged this item unprofessionally. Was very disappointed with how they packaged this item. Pallet was too small/not sturdy enough. Should have been crated. Would not recommend for large items like expensive lab equipment.

No seller sends equipment out crated because it’s expensive and you probably one have paid for the extra crate cost so before you complain about my item, you should’ve requested a crate quote instead of complaining about a great deal
