An excellent seller with great comunication skills, I had a problem with delevery due to the post office trying to deliver the item to my 91 year old deaf neighbour despite the address on the parcel being correct, the seller phoned me and went to great lenghts to ensure I got my laptop on the next business day, the item was as described, I highly reccomed this seller.

Item was exactly as described, i checked the system specs and confirmed the speakers/camera/mic all work well, there was no bloatware installed and the latop was in a working state where my partners dad could just use it.
