One point I was disappointed about was ParcelForce tried to deliver it but I was not home, so left me a note to inform them when I could accept it….. BUT the tracking number did not work and I finally managed to change them delivery address to the local Post Office, BUT was charged £1.00 for the privilege for doing so..
