They informed me that they could not do an exchange through EBay? Makes me think they never had the Echo 10?

All tested good and showed low hours (likely tested at the source, hence the "open box", and by the seller prior to listing). Everything was as expected. Only aside is that I'd originally requested a total of ten (10) HDD's, but the seller was only able to fulfill the order with five (5). Not what I'd originally hoped for, but this was clearly communicated post-sale. I'm happy with the transaction.

However, for some reason, the transceivers did not want to work well with Dell R730 and R630 / Dell daughtercard SPF+ NIC and Ubiquiti Unifi SFP+ aggregation switch which was odd considering that we have no issues using the same transceivers but just plain Intel, not OEM Dell. Anyway, the seller was great, accepted a return, and refunded money with no issues.
