  I ordered 3 plates for £7.99. They arrived with one cracked and broken. There was only thin paper seperating the delicate glass plates. I contacted the seller and they said they cannot send me another one as the postage is too much and they can either refund me for the one plate when I wanted a set of 3. They said you can buy 3 more and we will send you 4! So they actually want me to pay more and buy extra things I don't want because they couldn't use bubble wrap.

I recommend this vendor 100% Constructive advice - I would advise you, to clearly mark the contents as glass or fragile as my postman was not aware of the contents & consequently may therefore not have arrived as safely!
