Had an issue with drone going on sale right after I received it, contacted Potensic and was (promptly) issued a price adjustment. I ordered a refurbished drone and the one I received was heavily used like somebody used it has stickers all over it and shoot it back broken I contacted the shipper and they guarantee they'll look into what happened and we'll fix it fast and which they did they refunded me right away and apologize for the inconvenience
