They had a significant amount of bubblewrap, but that only helps a little with something this heavy. Luckily, they don't seem to be damaged from shipping. 2 valves were stuck, which should have been on the description, but wasn't. It's common enough, but I might have not bought them had I known. It will need all new valve guides, as 1 broke trying to get the stuck valve out. Again, common enough. After all, they are 55 years old.

He could have giving me brake on the shipping cost . I did not ask him, and he never contacted me. So I guess we are both at fault.
