Absolutely appalling service. DPD which are not the best.....The driver was trying to deliver the iron with NO ADDRESS on the box I had to get in my car and chase him up the road . It only had Just the name of the lane! Not only that NO packaging around the box just a label stuck on it. I have never seen such appalling packaging. This is from PHILIPS DIRECT? Shambolic. Im hoping it works ok now! Wont do this again!
