  arrived well packed. However, the frets are made of nylon instead of animal gut so they are sharp to handle. This was not mentioned on description.

  Delivery came late. Communication with seller wasn’t responsive. Also santoor came like two of bridges off. Hardcase was really poor quality and, when i asked to seller to replace with quality one which shows on advertisement cause it was tricky. Quality of instrument not bad however I didn’t satisfied from this purchase.

  This buyer's claims are both misleading and unfair. The parcel actually arrived one week earlier. The issue with the bridges is a minor one, it is sometimes common for one or two bridges to become displaced during long-distance shipping; they simply need to be set back in place. The hard case provided was exactly as advertised, and the buyer requested an extra hard case, threatening to leave negative feedback if their demand was not met.

  Great product, came in great condition, the only thing that fell off was the bridge; although I just had to put it back under the strings and it stays in place. Everything works and the packaging was great, I'm very happy with the purchase.
