  As described. Always great products and customer service from the staff over at POL. The only “meh” is toward the processing/will call times. In particular this item was in stock however, it took 6 days when it was first available for pickup. Not sure why my items seem to be delayed when they offer such an efficient, convenient, professional, and friendly customer support system.   I received the shorter 2-3/4 version when purchasing the longer 3-7/8. Seller did the right thing and refunded entire amount including shipping. Apparently the boot manufacturer is only shipping the short version and seller’s packers had not noticed the difference. Seller should probably terminate their 3-7/8 version auctions until they start getting the matching boot. All is good on my end. +++

  I have purchase from this seller multiple times in the past. I have always received exactly what I ordered. When this item was not shipped by the expected delivery date, I contacted the seller and found that it was to be shipped from the manufacturer. This was also the time of the California wildfires, so I'm not upset that it may have been affected. The order has since been delivered, and once again it is exactly what I ordered. I will continue to use them as the need arises. Thank you.
