    This is a good product, by a good manufacturer. The item (3x dog play-balls) were well packaged and delivery time was reasonable for this time of the year. These play balls are quite large (larger than the one that I want to replace that my dog has played well past its best). It was disappoionting that this seller didn't respond to my message, before I ordered, requesting to know the size of the ball; I went ahead and purchased! be aware these are large! overall purchase went ok.

    I made a mistake when I ordered this product. This company have been excellent they advised me what to do as it had not been dispatched but had been loaded on to the van for delivery next day. They told me not to accept delivery and that the delivery company would send it back to them, they would then give me a refund. The delivery young woman was very good but the customer services of that company was terrible, very rude and did not know his job. I would recommend Percy Pet Supplies to anyone
