    The advert showed a dog bath on a stand and stated bath , stand, drain away tap and shower kits as included ans 3 sizes available. When there was a drop down box it had sizes or all of the above. Not knowing which size would come I thought it was a safe bet to just choose the size I wanted. Only received the bath and tap. When I wrote to seller they sent a 1 sentence reply. I had only purchased bath and tap. Clearly didn’t read my message. Would not trust this seller.

    Wrong product sent, half of the order missing. Communication was quick to offer the sending of the other item missed (which was still never sent). Then I got attitude from the seller because apparently I am the issue after receiving a different product. I am now being ignored by the seller and have been given no option for a refund on either the missing items or the wrong product. Condition, items missing. Value, standard cost. Quality, wrong product. Customer service, shoddy.
