    TERRIBLE "SERVICE" false advertising with pictures nothing like what the item looks like when it arrives. Picture clearly shows balloon in a gift box (see pic of box I received) "personalised gift card" stuck to the inside of the box with tape which tore when removing. Contacted seller who was NO help to say the least. Apparently the box the item arrived in is "stylish enough" to use as a gift box even though its bashed & covered in sellotape. There is no gift box like the advert included. AVOID
