    Good quality static caravan roof vent purchased for a reasonable price,good value and well packaged.I want to buy another of these roof vents but I told the seller that I wouldn't buy from them again but only because of the courier service that they use,never had an experience like that before with a courier firm,3 days to deliver item by that I mean 3 separate days I was informed the item was out for delivery,finally got the item 3rd time it had been on the van NOT IMPRESSED DELIVERY!!!

    The quality of item is superb. There was a small dent on the base and within 30 minutes of me notifying the supplier they had resolved the problem and are sending by 24 hr post a new part. It is so nice to deal with a supplier who is very responsible, I will definitely use them again and will recommend them to anyone. I purchased a new kitchen tap and it is great value for money.

    The two sets with 2 spacers were absolutely perfect for our caravan door and French doors. They were of a very good quality and condition, the packaging was substantial and better value than others on Ebay. The appearance was very good and in keeping with our van's look. Excellent delivery time too. Would definitely recommend this seller.

    I received the Ellbee handle but realised it actually would not fit the existing static caravan door. I returned the handle to the seller at my cost for a full refund. Really make sure you have the correct dimension for a direct replacement. Good seller promptly provided a refund for my mistake. Good eBayer.
