    I have previously bought honey and two occasions which was perfectly find but on this occasion I noticed a difference in texture and consistency which didn't match the previous two before which both times the texture and consistency of the honey was smooth but the two that I have just received have been bumpy almost prickly when I contactedthe seller the response was a maybe answer which indicates the seller doesn't actually know for sure the reason which is a worry
