Plants are usually very healthy and arrive in excellent condition. However, I was disappointed by the way this plant was packed. It appeared to have rolled around inside the box during shipping and the leaves were bruised and tangled with the shredded paper used as packing material. My experience as a buyer would have been even better if the plant had been labelled - no label! - and more carefully packed .
