  The ordering process was simple, delivery was great, including a telephone call to say when it was being delivered and a call to tell me it had been delivered. It was placed on the drive next to the gate as I was not there. Well wrapped so no fear of the wood getting wet. The kindling itself burns very well, the kindling isn't all the same size but that does not bother me. Very pleased with the whole process and I recommend to anybody looking for kindling.
