New York Citi Hats Wholesale Company was directly imported from China and was introduced to New York in 2002. Since then, we have obtained 15 years of professional hat experience. Our company provides over 500 different designs for hats and caps.     That was shipped fine quality is good, the vendor had on his description that if you purchased three you would get another hat for free, did not receive another hat for free, contacted vendor he basically said that all three hats had to be ordered together when I ordered a total of four and one could have been put in either package quite easily will not be doing business with this vendor again thank you

    Your thinking is a joke. If you buy 3 in one order to save shipping costs, I will give you one. How can you have extra if you sell them separately? This buy three get one free is not cumulative, it is a one-time purchase in the same order. I don't need customers like you. You will appear in my blacklist.
