  This was the second one these that I ordered, the first had a defect and the second was damaged in transit, there was a sizeable hole in the box and the foodie was badly damaged coming apart. I rang ninjas customer support and the offered me a brand new replacement to make up for the issues for the same price. Excellent company, I have several items from them and they always look after their customers and resolve any issues that may occur. Extremely happy with my appliance and buying extras.

  My reconditioned Ninja Air fryer arrived very promptly. Unfortunately, as I unpacked it I found a little bit of one of the air vents at the back had been damaged in transit. I contacted Ninja and received a very apologetic message and offered either the chance to have my air fryer replaced or to have a partial refund. Great service, good value and it looks and works great!

  The customer service was fantastic, quick and helpful. I had three air fryers delivered; two arrived broken due to poor packaging. The first return cost extra, but the second time, they arranged a pick-up. The third was brand new, looked great, and works brilliantly with excellent performance. A great price for the quality I received in the end. Delivery could be better, but the company handled it well, so I wouldn’t leave negative feedback.
