Unfortunately the tray was damaged when I opened the box. I contacted the seller to let them know that damage had occurred in transit. Their communication was fantastic and they very kindly sent a whole replacement draining rack and tray with no hesitation. The replacement was here in 2 days. 5* seller would definitely buy from them again. Thank you🤗

I ordered this in SILVER/GOLD when it arrived it was ALL SILVER. After back and forth messages with photos included I was told it was in fact SILVER/GOLD and the colour in their pics was due to lighting even though it was described as SILVER/GOLD, AGAIN THERES NOT ONE BIT OF GOLD. I was offered a £2.50 discount to keep it which I agreed as I cba with returning and re-ordering at this time of year. VERY MISLEADING : ((
