  I ordered and was charged for 4 boxes of tea. Only 3 were delivered. My first query about where the missing box was was not replied to within 24 hours. A second chaser note resulted in a refund for the missing tea. This seller has one job, take an order for 4 boxes of tea and dispatch them. If an error is made you can correct it straight away, not require two chasing emails. I won't be buying from this seller again
