The packing he did for the return trip across the country far exceeded the mediocre work I did when I sent it to him. Turn around time was surprisingly quick. 1 week to ship, about 2 weeks for the work (he ordered parts and did extensive bench testing) and 1 week on the return. Couldn't be more pleased. Images coming out of this machine now are tremendous.
