  This is such a nice, quality product! And Vintage Overseas was terrific to work with. The tracking said the item had arrived, but it hadn't yet and they were very helpful resolving this. I did indeed get the item one day later; the problem was with the delivery people. You can feel confident buying from Vintage Overseas that you will get a beautiful product at a good price.

  I bought a mirror stereoscope. I provided a wrong postal address.The seller fixed it and received the goods earlier than expected. However, the item, advertised as new, was old and not working. I asked the seller to send a new one or refund me. He promptly refunded me. He also promptly replied emails and delivered the item timely. I believe he made an honest mistake. @Buyers:Ask for pics beforehand. @Seller:make sure item status (new vs old) is correct. This will avoid future misunderstandings.
