    Ultimately, I had to return this item, but not due to anything the seller had control of. The shipping company badly damaged the box and ultimately parts were found to be missing (the box had many holes). My Sports Bargain immediately responded to my return request, provided a free return label (which is significant for a 64 lb. box) and issued a credit to my credit card within a few hours of the item being delivered to them. Great customer service.
