    This seller is getting a neutral review because he sold me an item describe as new, however, that was far from the truth, the item was missing a spring that if new would have come with the part sold, the seal which prevents any adjustment to be made to the part had been removed and original adjustment altered, this was explained to the seller and was totally ignored. When asked about a possible small discount from the original price paid unfortunately was denied. Item, simply not as described.
