    Poor shipping, bad quality product, not as described, who sends a Hotwheels in a plastic mailer bag wrapped in cardboard and packing tape? Card was completely destroyed being stuck to the packing tape.

    The Hot Wheels are described as being with package damage which is why they are lower cost than others. More protective packaging would be a moot point in buying a damaged item. Also, had you let us know there was a problem with shipping, we could have shipped out another car or refunded you. Instead, you just left negative feedback without letting us try to solve the issue for you.
