Despite sending photos and a description of the issue I have not received a response. Be aware that this appears to be a common issue. I have spoken to 3 others who have purchased the rack and have had the same issue. I'm very disappointed with the lack of response or even advice how I can rectify this issue from either Ebay or Motea.

I cancelled the order, as soon as I realised my mistake. It is advertise as UK seller, but they are in Germany (I think) so you need to pay VAT and customs. I contacted eBay, and they told me that seller hade problem with refund money. On the end all was sorted, but it took a lot of time. Seller communicate trough eBay mail, not by eBay text.
