Item was received in dual platic bubble wrapped bags and it somewhat rough shape from being delayed/lost in transit over the 2024 holidays (not the sellers fault). Seller was responsive and accomodating through the issue with USPS as we tracked its delayed arrival. Despite the rough sailing the package went through to arrive, it works great. Would buy from this seller again!

  The shipping label was created by usps and a tracking number was provided but it stopped there usps lost the package and I never received the item but I have to say the seller was awesome,super nice and very helpful
