  I am really amazed at the service I received from Birmingham. It was fast and friendly and my Dell Lattitude 5580 arrived extremely well packed and exactly as described. I have a visual impairment so I sent a note to Birmingham to ask if I could have the largest screen available and within a few hours I had a phone call to confirm my requirements and when my laptop arrived it was perfect.   Excellent service despite the closeness to Christmas it arrived on time, plenty of communication from seller too. Item was well packed and as described the only minor issue was the case seemed 'sticky' as if it wasn't cleaned properly.
