    Extremely dissatisfied and please do NOT purchase. 1) incorrect product as I ordered red and recieved black shaving cream. 2) Damaged product due to poor standard packaging, bottle was heavily leaking hence less than 50% cream is left. 3) The product was dispatched late hence received it weeks later. * The seller did not respond nor communicated therefore raised with EBay. Extremely disappointed and bad service! Please see the photographs.

    I ordered 3 bottles of 150ML NM BEAUTY LEMON COLOGNE FOR £14.22 ON 7TH FEBRUARY but only ONE bottle was sent. So I contacted the seller immediately who asked me to send a picture. I explained that I am elderly and that I do not possess a smart phone so I would be unable to send a photograph but I described the package that it came in which was 12" square and therefore only large enough for the one bottle and definitetly too small for 3 bottles. So still waiting for the missing 2 bottles.

    (STAY WELL CLEAR) Been through the seller (1) don't buy from this seller, (2) delivery expect it to arrive weeks after you order if it arrives at all yet they state next day delivery, (3) bottles arrived cracked and contents all over bags,(4) sellers blames it happened in transit, packaging no protection for the bottles apart from clear bags so bottles could move around in box easily, seller won't take any responsibility on their part. Will not be buying again from this seller.
