Pattern came with a piece ripped in half which was not disclosed in the description. I was willing to keep the pattern, but seller would not issue a small refund ($3). The only option she offered me was to send it back for a refund. I asked her about who pays for the shipping to return it and she seemed unsure but thought she'd have the option to "refund the original shipping" once I returned it. Original shipping cost certainly doesn't sound like the "cost to ship it back".
