    The phone arrived in record time as promised. The item was delivered in the usual Huawei box with no damage. The downside was the tracking. There was no packing provided, other than the delivery company had received it . So it was just as well I was home that day as I would have missed the delivery. Great phone great service.Shame about the tracking
