  New item, OK for the price but surprisingly lightweight ~ fine for me, but if you do need a "professional" pan (as titled) for heavier use, this isn't it. Timely dispatch, early Royal Mail delivery but poor packaging for a business seller: no protective padding inside the makeshift box, so the handle had broken through in transit. As a former private seller even I wouldn't have posted this item in such unserviceable packaging. Luckily no damage done, but maybe worth thinking about? Thanks, CJ

  as described. new in original box, very good price and looks quite nice in white. feels okay quality wise it wont just break out of nowhere. fast dispatch and delivery times. packaging was okay, not the best but not the worse i've ever seen. i 100% recommend this seller! :D

  5 stars for everything on sellers side of things but spade had a manufacturing fault. Came as described, on time, when I reported the fault with pictures, the seller responded quickly and apologised. Offered a free replacement or free return/refund, send return code through quickly, I sent it back (because I needed to go buy a spade quickly) and now money is in my bank again, when it says it would. Thank you and I shall specify look for you as a seller next time 👍🏻

  Extremely pleased with this purchase, although not yet used it looks very well made and sturdy and very good value for the price paid. The seller was very helpful and kept me updated. (The Yodel courier service provided unreliable tracking information so best to ignore completely, but this no way reflects the service provided by the seller who dispatched the item very quickly.)
