  Superfast delivery, great packaging. As mentioned in the listing, this is a slight second/defects item. Everything arrived in the box, (including little tools to put it together). There was the tiniest little scratching on one of the glass parts (which is not noticeable or annoying in any way). It was easy to put together (took under 10 mins) and looks lovely. Very happy with purchase (and price). Highly recommended A++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

  The boxes are lovely but one had a noticeable rip in the piping which had been unsuccessfully repaired and was visible through the packaging. I contacted the seller with photos and requested a 1/3 refund due to 1 of 3 items being damaged. I was offered a refund/return or a 25% refund. Explained I wanted to keep items but 1/3 discount Would be more fair. Seller stuck to original offer and stated that the price I paid included delivery and 1/3 refund would not reflect value of 1 box.

  Hi Terri, I sincerely apologise for the item arriving damaged. To clarify, we offered you multiple options: a replacement for the damaged unit, partial refund, or a full refund upon return of the order, with all fees covered by us. At no point did we mention turning a profit—this is untrue. The 25% partial refund was due to your £9 payment, of which £3.60 was for postage. We believe this was a fair offer. This claim about profits is entirely disingenuous and does not reflect our communication.
