It was described as used but it looks and feels absolutely brand new -- even the pockets and the pleat at the back are still stitched closed as you find on a new jacket so it was better than described in my view, making it great value. Also, the updates I received from the seller as well as the packaging and the (free) delivery arrangements were excellent -- in a word, wonderful!
