    Item was as described, the item was delivered from China so it traveled a long way!! The outer packaging had seen better days but the content was still good. I was contacted on the day of delivery to confirm the arrival. All thing said a good price and a fair service.

Only issue with packaging which proved inadequate and some damage to item in the post. But buyer responded at once and offered partial refund which was accepted and much appreciated. Superior packaging needed, but the item itself is absolutely fine and I highly recommend this seller/outlet/item

    Lathe bits. The quality, condition and overall appearance were exactly as listed. It was delivered well packed and promptly. The price was reasonable. I'm a pensioner with time to look and not much money to spend. I'm satisfied with the result. ONLY COMPLAINT, It was sent Royal Mail which tied me down for 3 whole days waiting in for various unidentified parcels. NOTHING about RM tracking works !
