    I received my package on the estimated delivery date but my package was damaged by the courier service during transportation. I contacted the seller about the problem. communication with the seller was very good I had no problem waiting for a reply as the seller did not delay to reply to sort the problem out effectively. I will definitely purchase again using a different courier service to deliver my order. Thanks again. 😊

    Received item, a seasonal gift which we checked, it didn't work so sent photos with refund request. Seller said rm transit caused damaged (untrue as box intact) and offers 20% refund. Second offer 40%, third 70% and we we can keep item and take it for repair!!! Seller's message, ' Much appreciated if you could leave us positive feedback. Best regards' ... WHAT?!?! Very poor seller who delib blame royal mail for item damage, ie S is untrustworthy and disrespectful AVOID 'blank blank' seller
