  Seller said this was new in box but it was more like possibly new open box. When I received the package, the box was torn up and held together by tape. The balls were loose in the box and 2 are missing. On top of all that, i ordered on March 21st and it didn't ship until March 26th and only did so because i sent the seller a message. The quality is as to be expected with open box and I'd say the value is awesome for the simple fact that other putting mats like this are well over $100.

  The advertised produce was for twelve coloured golf balls grade A. I received 12 white balls grade B. I contacted the seller who offered to resend but I have not received my order 8 days later. I have asked them to reply to me but 2 days have passed and I have had no response. There are much better sellers on ebay to purchase form. I will not use this seller again.
