Item received damaged on 23.12. Did not notice till packaging had been recycled. Contacted seller 24.12 replied with 20% discount or replacement no refund mentioned. Replied unhappy at the hassle of returning (time and cost) would be happy with 50% discount and would buy new one. No reply till 4.01 after sending another message for a response. This time refund mentioned. Replied disappointed and would review accordingly. Seller stated I threatened with the bad review. Nonsense just honest
