  I purchased an extract fan at the beginning of December and it said it’s tracked to be delivered on 27th of December which I though was strange to take that long so I wrote to the seller and I hear nothing now I looked into my eBay account to see why the items wasn’t sent and I noticed that the seller decided to refund my £109 for the extract fan and the extract fan is still on sale for £169 it’s really bad seller and now the customer have been waiting for over a month. No customer service

  Item is good but I was asked to pay delivery when it was clearly advertised as free. I had to argue back with the supportive information from Amazon to say that its free on amazon and I actually ordered from ebay as i like to support ebay rather than big corporation like Amazon.   STAY WELL CLEAR. NO ITEM, NO CONTACT , NO REPLIES , NOTHING FROM THEM. Ebay had to intervene which is great but pain in the neck. AWFUL SELLER
