  These glasses were exactly as described. Excellent condition! I am replacing my old "garden party" glasses that got cloudy in the dishwasher. These were packaged extremely well--wrapped in paper, then in bubble wrap bags, and all placed in a box of styrofoam peanuts. Arrived sooner than anticipated. Would definitely buy from this seller again. (I did notice that the listing says dishwasher safe and some other listings say hand wash. I will NOT be putting these in the dishwasher.)

  The packaging was outstanding. The platter arrived in one piece. Through no fault of the seller, the piece itself was flawed during production by Pfaltzgraff . . . something not evident in the advertisement, but I noticed after receiving the item. Delivery time was fast. Communication was good. Because I wasn't completely satisfied with the quality of the factory item, a refund was given. Thank you.
