    The item came in its original Mercedes box but had been previously opened. Examination revealed that it had been broken at some point and a repair had been tried but failed. I informed the seller who offered me a 50% reduction. When I said that, in its damaged state, it wouldn't work where it was intended to be fitted in the car, he immediately credited me with the full purchase price. I would use this seller again anytime due to his responsiveness and no-quibble response. Good show!

    The item arrived late after chasing having originally been notified as untracked. I did get a tracking number after chasing. Packaging was very good but fitting guide was not in the packaging. A disappointing experience given the price charged, but at least components that arrived appear genuine VW parts as advertised. My chaser did receive a timely response from both seller and eBay

    A++ seller! Brand new, genuine Audi part arrived as described. Great price and far better than dealership pricing. Not sure about some of the butthurt comments regarding shipping speed. The shipping speed was pretty standard for an overseas shipment, and the item arrived within the estimated time window that was stated during purchase. Great seller, quality product, would buy from again.

    Good seller, great communication. Product arrived in good condition. It isn’t white like the picture shown in the listing so I wasn’t expecting it to come grey but that’s my fault for not reading the description properly. It has to be painted.
