    The item was honestly described and appears to be good value for money based on the limited use it has had only arriving today. The quality of the packaging was not very good, the kettle box just being wrapped in black plastic with no posting box. The kettle box was bashed about you couldn't have given it as a gift. The condition was as expected, the kettles appearance was very pleasing. The quality of the product seems good and it is quiet. I would buy from the seller again except for gifting.

    DO NOT PURCHASE FROM SELLER I received an item that was clearly not new as advertised. The box and packaging were both opened and damaged. Additionally, the seller did not send correct postage, leading to further complications. My attempts to contact the seller went unanswered, so had to escalate the issue through eBay. Still haven't got a full refund.
