I purchased these fairy lights as a Christmas gift so haven't actually tested them yet as they are so neatly packed into the box so I can't comment on their appearance. However, they were posted promptly and look to be in good condition. I raised a query with the Customer Service team as I wasn't sure they were actually pink as they look white in the box. The query was dealt with very promptly and efficiently so the communication is good. Looking forward to seeing them in their full glory!!
