I contacted the seller to ask if the item had been packed incorrectly and if not could i return for a full refund. as yet i have heard nothing. I can only assume this trader is not what he appears to be and should advertise items correctly.

I had to chase customer services which was quite annoying but it was eventually resolved. The delivery guy who swapped them out was brilliant though. Lovely gates, 1st class quality. The only thing that can be improved is, get it right the first time, don't let the customer have to chase the supplier up to fix a problem they created.
