  the item arrived and as the item was listed as Replacement Bench slats 1.22m (4 ft) 60mm x 20mm Battens i assumed there would be a pack of 12. there was one batten, other suppliers are selling the same (packs) for a similar price. I contacted the seller to ask if the item had been packed incorrectly and if not could i return for a full refund. as yet i have heard nothing. I can only assume this trader is not what he appears to be and should advertise items correctly.

  After delivering the wrong size gates (both were 300mm shorter than ordered, I received the right size. I had to chase customer services which was quite annoying but it was eventually resolved. The delivery guy who swapped them out was brilliant though. Lovely gates, 1st class quality. The only thing that can be improved is, get it right the first time, don't let the customer have to chase the supplier up to fix a problem they created.

  Great price with fairly quick delivery. Very helpful and friendly delivery driver. Item looks OK compared to others that I have looked at and £75 less with 1/2 the cost of a local suppliers delivery cost !!!!!!
