    Easy purchase, not the cheapest on Ebay but I least I knew I would get what I ordered, other sellers inspired no confidence/didn't reply to questions. The one issue I did have was with the delivery company DPD - driver couldn't post envelope through my letter box (it's big enough!) and ignored my safe place instructions, I had to divert simple envelope delivery to work! NOT a seller issue but maybe use another company?

    Pleased with the loft ladder, good price, excellent service from UK Build Supplies who arranged quick replacements due to damage resulting from poor courier handling. Manufacturer should improve their packaging - third delivery attempt required additional bubble wrap to survive the journey!
