  The mould is wafer thin in places and split on my first pour, contacted seller to be told there was nothing wrong with their mould and must of been my fault! So rude and not helpful at all this was the second mould I had off this seller the first replacement was in the post the day before of another mould of theirs that had failed until we had the argument over msg.replacement of the first item has still not arrived either so the promise of that being in the post the day before was also a lie

  unfortunately nothing we offered was enough and we are at a loos to work out why order more moulds when ours are useless? we have been trading for over 20 years and our quality and customer service is renowned. As we pointed out to you 100% guarantee, eventually you have said you will return for refund, so we will see if we get these damaged moulds back
