The following week the SAME Evri courier attempted to deliver the SAME package. I refused to accept delivery again. Evri tracking shows that they had accepted the package for return. Despite sending photographs of the damaged item and a screen grab of the Evri tracking, the seller is refusing to refund me as the item has not been returned to them. So, no item and no refund. Very bad
