  These guys were really great! I had tariff problems getting this order and they really went out of their way to resolve them. The digital back was in great shape, just as described. It was packed well padded and secure. They shipped via DHL, my most preferred carrier. It arrived as quick as could be expected given the circumstances.   I had a wonderful experience buying with Kozzz. The item was exactly as pictured and described and in perfect condition. It arrived and cleared customs with no issues in 2 days. The packaging was done with extreme care, with multiple layers of bubble wrap and air cushion to protect it while in transit. Kozzz was also super-responsive to messages and very kind. 10/10 experience. I can strongly recommend them and hope to purchase more from them.

  Item is just as described and is in perfect condition. It was very securely packaged and arrived safely. There was some delays with shipping internationally that were not the sellers fault but seller was very good with communication. Would definitely purchase again!

  It is so amazing to have transactions with a person who live in another country. The delivery is so fast and the camera is top mint as same as the description. Besides, the package was packed very nicely and carefully. Last but not least, though the camera is in the case, the seller put the camera into the small plastic bag to protect it.
